- PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION :
The Executive Diploma in Supply Chain Management course is a 12 months program whose module content is designed to equip students with the skills necessary in a dynamic and challenging environment. As part of their mandate, the Zimbabwe Institute of Management propose to launch this program which has the potential to mold a new breed of people who can be catalysts to the development of the country.

Module 1: Strategic Supply Chain Management.
Module 2: Public Procurement Law and Sourcing.
Module 3: Managing Contractual and Supply Chain Project
Module 4: Business Research.
Module 5: Managing Ethical Procurement and Supply
Module 6: Managing Change and Stakeholders
Module 7: Supply Chain Economics and Finance.
Module 8: Supply Chain Network Design.
Module 9: Management of Information Systems.
Module 10: Dissertation.
This stage gives delegates an opportunity to research on specific areas of their interest.

- ENTRY REQUIREMENTS :
Applicants must meet the following to be admitted to the programme.
- 5 ‘O’ level passes at grade C or better, including English Language and Mathematics.
- Have obtained a Certificate/Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a qualification equivalent and at least 3 years Supply chain management experience
- Exceptional cases, candidates who hold senior supply chain managerial positions and have 3 years of supply chain management experience and are in possession of qualifications other than supply chain, may be considered.
