SUPERVISORY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM ( 5 Days)

The course targets first line supervisors and those earmarked for supervisory positions. Topics covered include: mastering the roles, functions, principles and practice of first line management.  Bridging the gap between the shop floor and management.  Understanding the people factor in the first line management.  Handling staff complaints, grievances, discipline and performance appraisal.
